5. Payment Terms

• Late payments may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law
• We may suspend services if payments are not received within 15 days of the due date

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential data shared during the engagement.
